Billing Policy for MyBudgetNerd

MyBudgetNerd is offered by Athena Analytics LLC, doing business as Athena Data Labs.

Notice: Paid subscription features are built and will be enabled soon. No payments are collected or processed at this time. Paid subscriptions will be enabled with an upcoming app update, and this page will be updated with full pricing and terms before the paid tier goes live.

1. Current Billing Status

• No paid plans are active at this time.
• No checkout flow is currently enabled.
• No payment processor is collecting payment card data through the Service at this time.
• Subscription billing infrastructure is built and will be activated when paid plans go live.

2. When Subscriptions Launch

• Pricing, billing cadence, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.
• If auto-renewing subscriptions are introduced, we will clearly disclose the subscription period, exact purchase price, auto-renewal behavior, cancellation instructions, and links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before purchase.
• If iOS in-app purchases or subscriptions are introduced, users will be able to manage and cancel them through Apple account subscription settings, as required by Apple.
• If web billing is introduced, this page will be updated with processor details and any applicable refund rules before launch.

3. Account and Entitlement Notes

The app may use Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google on the web/PWA, for authenticated account sessions. If paid entitlements are introduced later, authenticated sign-in may also be required to purchase, restore, or synchronize those entitlements across supported platforms.

4. Apple-Specific Billing Notes

• Any future iOS digital purchases will use Apple’s in-app purchase flow where required by Apple policy.
• Apple is responsible for billing and subscription management for iOS in-app subscriptions processed through the App Store.
• Athena Analytics LLC remains responsible for customer support related to the Service itself.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if billing features are introduced or changed. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
